Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Estimated shipping time for all orders is 2-3 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at herspetshopservice@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
For the local delivery, all orders will be delivered every Saturday as long as orders are placed before Friday.
We will contact the customers before dropping off to ensure that the customers receive properly especially frozen products.
