Wild Nosh's goose necks are by-products of the restaurant industry, and are raised in spacious buildings with large outdoor enclosures. Each goose has over 120 sq. ft. of outdoor space to roam and graze.

Their goose necks are our largest necks, but offer many of the same advantages of chicken and duck necks.

They are high in protein and rich in glucosamine and chondroitin. Not only is every flock tested for H5N1 prior to processing, but their necks are also dehydrated over an extended period of time that has been shown to destroy the virus.
